USA: Mars to launch M&M’s Caramel

Mars, the US food giant, has announced the launch of a new Caramel flavour variant of its M&Ms chocolates available from late May 2017.

According to the firm, M&Ms Caramel will feature a smooth caramel centre covered in M&M'S brand milk chocolate and coated in a colourful candy shell.

"Chocolate and caramel is such a popular flavour combination, especially with the fans of M&M'S", said M&Ms brand director Tanya Berman, commenting on the launch. "In our research, our fans were enthusiastic at the possibility of a Caramel variant and we can't wait for them to try the perfect balance of soft caramel and delicious M&M'S chocolate this spring".

M&M’s Caramel will be available across the US in single serves packs of 1.41oz, as well as ‘sharing’ packs of 2.83oz and stand up pouches of 9.6oz.
