India: Dabur launches beauty brand Jaquline USA

Indian consumer goods firm Dabur has announced the launch of the cosmetics brand Jaquline USA brand in its domestic market, according to a report in the Economic Times.

Dabur will debut the Jaquline USA brand exclusively through its NewU outlets around India, offering a range of make-up and beauty products and with further launches in the pipeline.

“The awareness levels among consumers in India for beauty products and beauty trends are on the rise” said Vinni Pannu, head of marketing at NewU. “The consumers today know the international trends, both current and emerging, and are increasingly seeking such products. They are today bolder and more willing to experiment when it comes to colour and finishes. We will be meeting this need with the new Jaquline USA range of products”.
