Australia: PepsiCo offers Gatorade Liquid Concentrate

PepsiCo, the global snacks and soft drinks giant, has launched a new concentrated form of its Gatorade sports drink for consumers in Australia and New Zealand.

The product, which is available in Blue Bolt and Lemon Lime flavours, will come in a 1 litre container that will reportedly enable consumers to make 5 litres of Gatorade by diluting in water.

Commenting on the move, PepsiCo senior director of franchise beverages for Australia and New Zealand Brad Van Dijk said: “Gatorade Liquid Concentrate is a world first for the brand and it’s going to change the way teams and individuals hydrate to ensure they perform at their best. This product has all the Gatorade benefits in a new convenient format, with the backing of over 50 years of scientific research”.

Gatorade Liquid Concentrate will be available at Woolworth’s supermarkets as well as in independent stores.
