Australia: Nestle launches new breakfast range
SMCG multi-national Nestle has expanded their breakfast range of oat sachets in Australia by launching a range of Nature’s Mix under the Uncle Tobys brand.
The product, said to be launched due to higher demand of featuring less sugar from consumers, is a "no added sugar range”" that is "naturally sweetened with dried fruit and healthy nuts".
Believed to "help Australians to lead healthy and active lifestyles", the new product is marketed as "quick and delicious breakfast option" as it is ready in just 90 seconds, and features 4.5 out of 5 Health Star Rating. Also, wholegrain oats are 100% Australian sourced, and it contains no artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners.
Two varieties consumers can choose from are 8 packs of Sultana, Apple & Cinnamon, or 8 packs of three-flavour Variety Pack containing Sultana, Apple & Cinnamon flavour, Currant, Coconut & a Hint of Raspberry flavour and Hazelnut, Macadamia & Almond flavour. Both options have a suggested retail price of AUS$5.49 ($4.10).
