Australia: Be Natural launches cereal to be paired with coconut water

Be Natural, the Australian cereal and snack foods firm, has launched a new granola product that is specifically recommended to be partnered with coconut water rather than milk.

Be Natural Coco-nutty Granola, flagged with the words “plant power”, is made with spelt, shredded coconut, nuts, seeds or fruits, and is offered in the varieties Coconut, Almond, Spelt & Cinnamon and Coconut, Spelt & Fig, both presented in a 450g box with an RRP of A$5.99 ($4.55).

Commenting on the launch, Ally Wettengel of Be Natural said: “The decision to create a granola designed to be served with coconut water was inspired by the natural food movement and responds to an increased demand for milk alternatives at breakfast time”.

The relaunch is part of a refresh for the Be Natural brand that will also see the launch of new ranges including Be Natural Organics Golden Whole Grain Bites, Be Natural Crunchy Granola & Seed Bars and Be Natural Muesli & Quinoa Bars.
