UK: Fuller's launches rose-flavoured stout

London-based brewer Fuller’s of London has released it latest innovation – Rose Bud Infused Stout – which has been produced as a result of a partnership with beer expert Melissa Cole.

The limited edition stout is brewed in the same traditional manner of imperial stout with the addition of Centennial hops to give the stout a floral flavour. Meanwhile rose buds are also infused during the maturation process, adding a unique flavour that is described as being redolent of Turkish Delight.

With this launch, Fuller’s hope to raise the profile of its brand internationally by increasing exports to markets such as Chile, Estonia and Japan where there is currently high demand for stout beers.

The limited edition stout, which has a relatively high abv of 10.7%, is packaged in a gift box priced at £8.50 for 500ml.
